At BREED UNREAL®, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 48 Hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within same day from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at connect.breedunreal@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if required)

Our support team will guide you through the return process.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business Days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.


4. Exchange Options

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective products

  • Damaged items received

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at connect.breedunreal@gmail.com within 48 Hours of receiving your order. The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.

To process the request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or worn

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse


7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may depend on the reason for the return.

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, BREED UNREAL® will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size change, style change, etc.), the customer may be responsible for Return Handling charges ₹200 Per Order .
